Wednesday, November 23, 2016 (Siloam Springs, Ark.)

carol davidson and babyRoseMarry Davidson and Carol Davidson were last seen in Siloam Springs, between noon and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016.

Law enforcement continues to follow any and all leads. We continue to ask the public’s help to
find this little girl and her mother. Baby Rosemary is 2 feet, six inches tall and weighs 40
pounds. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes. Carol Davidson, 35 years old, is 5 feet 8 inches tall,
approximately 150 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes and has a distinct tattoo on her upper
left arm.

Regarding the Investigation:
The investigative team has collected and are presently reviewing over 500 hours of video
retrieved from properties with security camera footage. Over 200 interviews have been
completed. Over 50 items have been collected that may have some value towards finding
RoseMarry and her mother. More than 30 Local, County, State, Federal and Nongovernment
agencies have worked together, contributing to an estimated 14,759 man-hours of effort to date.
The effort was divided between Search and Rescue Operations (6035 man-hours) and
Investigations (7,724 man-hours). 142 people have participated in the Search and Rescue
activities, while 157 law enforcement officers have been working the many leads that have been
developed so far.

At this time, our partner agencies are relocating back to their home offices. The Siloam Springs
Police Department remains the lead agency and we want to thank all those who continue to work
on finding RoseMarry and Carol Davidson from within their agency jurisdictions.

As of 11/22/2016, K9 searches continue in the region of where the van was recovered near
Lookout Tower Road. There will be a time when the K9 resources will have to be retired because
they are not producing any viable leads to pursue. However, we have not reached that point yet.

This case is difficult. No single lead has surfaced yet that provides a clear picture of the night
Carol and RoseMarry disappeared. However, Chief of Police Jim Wilmeth explains, “Even an
unproductive lead brings value to us; it closes a door on a direction of the investigation and
narrows our focus. There is no single theory to pursue, so multiple theories are being examined.”
