Wind Chill Advisory issued December 30 at 2:56PM CST until January 01 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Tulsa

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM SUNDAY TO NOON CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. Expect wind chills to range from 10 above zero to 15 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, west central Arkansas, east central Oklahoma, northeast Oklahoma and southeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN...6 PM Sunday and noon Monday. The coldest wind chills will occur around 7 AM Monday.

A warning is issued when a hazardous weather or hydrologic event is occurring, imminent or likely.
A watch is used when the risk of a hazardous weather or hydrologic event has increased significantly, but its occurrence, location or timing is still uncertain.
An advisory is issued when a hazardous weather or hydrologic event is occurring, imminent or likely.
